EverBright is looking for a Business Analyst III for its Revenue Protection team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for (1) analysis involving managing/organizing large sets of meta-data, operational performance data, and financial data to draw key business insights to assist in day-to-day decision making and long-term strategic decision making and (2) supporting EverBright’s relationships with third-party billing and collections partners.
In this role you will interface subject matter experts (SMEs), including but not limited to finance, customer support, operations, legal, tax, risk and accounting. Practical experience in data analysis, proficiency in database management and proficiency in data visualization/presentation will set you up to be effective in this role. To do this job well, you must be a team player that can balance priorities, be organized, manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, and communicate effectively.
Employees in this role conduct complex operational analyses and lead medium to large project teams that support informed decision making within the business unit.
